Support services available to Charter signatories

It is not necessary for any employer applying for Charter Signatory status to utilise any of these support services. However, we can offer support in two main ways.

Survey of employee engagement

If you see the need to objectively determine where you are in terms of current employee engagement levels, we can assist you with an assessment project.

The MY CHOICE™ online survey collates employes' assessment of workplace conformance to the Six Charter Principles from their personal perspective. This provides a valuable insight as to whether developmental activities for line managers is necessary.

The Manager-of-CHOICE development programme

This innovative development programme for line managers is offered by The Training Foundation. It focuses on building awareness and skills in people-managers, so as to bring out the best in their people.

The Manager-of-CHOICE programme will be particularly helpful for;

- first-time managers and supervisors
- managers of first-time entrants to the workplace, eg
  apprentices, graduates and other young people
- managers of customer-facing employees
